Betrothal of Virginia Anstice To Louis King of Ohio Announced at Tea and Mrs. Mortimer Reynolds Anstice of East Boulevard MR. have announced the engagement of their daughter Miss Virginia Anstice to Louis "Slack King, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Slack King of Dayton, Ohio.

The announcement was made yesterday at a tea in the Anstice Miss Anstice, a debutante season, is a member of League and the Chatterbox Club. She is a graduate of Miss Porter's School at Farmington, Mr. King attended the Hotchkiss School and graduate of Taft School at Watertown, Conn. Mrs. J.

Spencer Weed of Summit, N. and Nancy Fenton of Buffalo are guests at the Anstice home. Ida Vought Lunt Wed To Harry F. Thomas Mr. and Mrs.

Grandin Tracy have announced the marYought, Mr. Vought's sister, Ida Vought Lunt and Harry F. Thomas which took place Wednesday at Sodus. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Harold M.

George Scofield Named Usher for Bridal George Starr Scofield of Geneseo will usher at the fashionable wedding of Miss Virgil Brazier Taylor, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gardner Wade Taylor of Bronxville, to Albert T. Maurice. son of Mrs.

William Bolton Winans of New York and the late Albert E. Maurice of Aiken, S. C. The wedding will take place this afternoon in Bronxville. Miss Margaret Taylor, sister of the bride, will be her maid of honor and Thomas Fowler Maurice will be best man for his brother.

Nuptials Take Place In Avon Church The marriage of Miss J. Louise Moran, daughter of Charles Moran and Thomas C. Coyne both of Avon, was solemnized Monday morning in St. Agnes Church at A Avon. The bride wore a gown of white lace, a white picture hat and a corsage of lilies of the valley.

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at Avon Inn. The bride was a member of the faculty of the Geneseo State Normal School. Mr. Coyne was supervisor of the Town of Avon for six years. They will live in Avon.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, was gowned in white silk lace having a short train and flowing sleeves. Her tulle veil fell from a Juliet cap caught with lilies of the valley She carried her mother's wedding handkerchief, and her bouquet was of white roses, gardenias and lilies of the valley, Mrs. Robert C. Dancy of Tampa, was matron of honor for her sister. Her gown was of aqua mousseline, her leghorn hat trimmed with aqua velvet and pink daisies.

She carried an oldfashioned bouquet of spring flowers. Another sister, Miss Agnes Shaw maid of honor, was attired in shell pink chiffon, with leghorn hat trimmed with pink velvet. She carried an old fashioned bouquet. Little Miss Joan Failing of Indianapolis, was flower girl, in floor length pink net frock, having matching hat, gloves, and sandals. She carried a basket showered with pink ribbon and lilies of the valley.

Kirby Post, brother of the bridegroom was best man. Hobart and Philip Shaw, brothers of the bride, Russell Coon. W. M. Harrimer and Robert C.

Daney were ushers. The bride's mother wore a dubonnet printed chiffon and corsage of gardenias. The mother of the bridegroom was attired in cornflower chiffon with corsage of pink roses. The bride attended Gulf Park College and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. The bridegroom is a graduate of New York State School of Forestry, a member of Delta Sigma Lambda Fraternity, and of Scabbard and Blade, national honorary military fraternity, Mr.

in St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Paul Schmieder officiating. The church was decorated with pink, blue and white spring flowers, palms and seven branched candelabra. Gertrude McCrae sang Perfect Love." The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, was lovely in white spiderweb net over white satin.

Her finger tip tulle veil fell from a halo of white satin, and she carried a showed bouquet of white roses and lilies of the valley. Misg Clarissa Yanneck, maid of honor, wore blue mousseline de soie. Hed head dress was a tiara of blue flowers. She carried a bouquet of pink roses, blue delphinium and gypsophila. The bridesmaids were Miss Bernice O'Neil, of the bride, and Miss Charlotte Wegner, who were gowned alike in pink mousseline de sole with tiaras of pink flowers.

Their bouquets were the same as that of the maid of honor. The best man was Charles Walker and the ushers were Joseph Muckstadt, brother of the bridegroom, and Frederick Walker. The bride's mother wore blue eyelet organdy over blue taffeta, with white accessories. Her corsage was of tea roses and gyphophila. The bridegroom's mother wore pik lace, with white accessories and corsage of tea roses and gypsophila.

Following the ceremony a dinner was served in Roxbury Inn, Brockport. In the evening a reception was held at the home of the bride's mother. Prenuptial affairs were given by Miss O'Neil, Miss Yanneck. Miss Wegner, the bride's grandmother and aunts, and Miss Ceil Halicy. Out of town guests were Mr.

and Mrs. Martin Offerman of Cleveland, Ohio, Miss Sylvia Northam Brown-Zuck Miss Juliana Barbara Zuck, daughter of Mr. and Mre. Nicholas Zuck of Culver Road became the bride of Royal Ward Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs.

Ward Beecher Brown of Pittsford in a ceremony Saturday at Zuck home. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Heyd, and Miss Margaret and Dr. EdErnest, ward G. Ross were attendants.

Dinner was served following the ceremony. After Aug. 1 Mr. and Mrs. Brown will be at home at 32 Lincoln Avenue.

Soule-Vicinus Baskets of summer flowers against the green of palms made charming background for the marriage of Miss Dorothy Vicinus, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Vicinue of Mt.

Read Boulevard, to Albert William Soule, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Soule of Mayflower Drive, which took place Saturday afternoon in Bethany Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Arthur Talman, pastor of the church, officiated.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of white lace in princess style en train and a tulle veil bordered with lace. Her lace bandeau was trimmed with pearls and orange blossoms and she carried a shower bouquet of calla lilies and baby breath. Mrs. Flowerday, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor and wore light blue lace. Her bouquet was of Columbia roses.

The bridesmaids were Miss Lillian Silcox, Miss Bertha Niles, Miss Muriel Grover and Miss Eldrina Elliot. They were gowned alike in rose pink lace and carried bouquets of Columbia roses and blue delphinium. Miss Shirley Teztlaff and Miss Joyce Roller were flower girls, and wore pink ruffled crepe. They carried the rings for the ceremony in roses. Elmer Flowerday was best man and the ushers were Edward Vicinus and Norman Vicinus, brothers of the bride.

The bride's mother wore a dress of robin's egg blue georgette with a shoulder corsage of pink roses. The bridegroom's mother was in rose crepe. Roses, lilies and delphinium were used as decorations at the reception in Blarney Stone Inn which followed the ceremony. Following their wedding trip to the Adirondack Mountains, Mr. and Mrs.
