Bechtold opened a law office in Pitts-ford. Mr. Bechtold was a former town attorney for Gates, a former senior consultant on the staff of the general counsel of the Economic Stabilization Agency; Congressional liaison officer on the staff of Michael V. DiSalle, who was director of Price Stabilization in the 1950s; and former supervisor of the Federal Agricultural Field Office in Rochester. While living in the city, he was a 12th Ward Kepublican committeeman.

Mr. Bechtold retired from practice here in 1962 and he and his wife, Katharine, moved to Maine. Mrs. Bechtold died two years ago. Mr.

Bechtold, a Republican, was elected to the Senate for the 46th District in 1938 and was re-elected in 1940. He resigned from the Senate early in 1942 to take a commission in the Naval Reserve during World War II. As a commander, he served in Naval Intelligence and later was flag secretary and aide on the staff of the commander of the Pacific Fleet operational training command. After the war, Mr. Bechtold formed a law partnership with his father, the late Charles B.

Bechtold, in the city. The partnership ended with Dr. H. Burke Was Dentist Dr. Henry J.

Burke, 73, of 119 Tamarack Drive, Ironde-quoit, a retired Rochester dentist, died Saturday (June 13, 1970) in Genesee Hospital after a long illness. He retired last January after 50 years' practice. In his youth, Dr. Burke played amateur baseball and football here. He served in the Army during World War I.

Dr. Burke was a graduate of Holy Apostles Parochial School, old Cathedral High School and the University of Buffalo School of Dentistry. He was a life member of the American Dental Society and a member of Delta Sigma Delta fraternity and St. Salome's Roman Catholic Church. A.

Mclntyre Of Kodak Alexander W. Mclntyre, 71, a retired Eastman Kodak general foreman, died yesterday (June 14, 1970) at his home, 173 Avalon Drive, Brighton, after a year's illness. Mr. Mclntyre, a native of Wales, lived in Utica before coming here. He was with Kodak 34 years before retiring in 1960.

Mr. Mclntyre was a member of Kodak's Square Club, Monroe Commandery of Knights Templar and Liberty Lodge of Masons in Utica. Born in Albion, she was a graduate of Albion High School and attended Rochester Polytechnic Institute for a year. During this year, she "was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City under a scholarship for interior designing.
